Steel backup washers and reinforcing back plates prolong life at pivot points. Molded pail shelf, self-closing, structural molded pail shelf. Non-skid surface and outer retaining edge provide additional features. Slip resistant rubber feet, aluminum angle feet with thick rubber tread on all four legs to provide sure footing.
